I've actually been doing this since I was in high school. I'd go for a 1 hour run and throw in 200 pushups. Along the way I'll see a wall or a pole and I'll do pullups. I'm 38 today and my peers always ask me how many hours do I spend in the gym. I tell them zero and they say I'm lying 🤣

Go for runs and do some push ups can get you in good shape if your diet is up to it

Running and push-ups are great and all, I do both of these activities regularly, but you will not develop a very well rounded physique doing only this. You would have to add some sort of pulling motion at the very least.

Yeah ud want pulling too, but depending on your build you could get pretty juicy

True man, but pushups arent just chest exercise, it's back too, serratus anrerior and lats work in push ups too

Exactly! Push ups are full body and incredibly powerful when done correctly like I teach in my programs!

@@Hjjjjj254 ehhhh not really. Yes the lats and serratus do get hit isometrically if you slow it down and REALLY focus on the tension, but you will get very very minimal lat development from push-ups alone.
