Have to say... My wife, Nicole, and I are not into any social media so we had never heard of Nick and this channel. But we happened to meet Nick at this challenge and really appreciate what he is doing for fitness. My wife and I work out almost daily, but we don't practice handstands and it showed. But Nick made it fun and reignited the determination in our workouts. "Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity." That is one of the best quotes of all time. Keep up the great work, Nick. You have more passionate followers in Michigan now!

As someone who can hold a handstand, strength doesn’t have a lot to do with it as long as you’re decently in shape/not fat. You would probably do a lot worse than you think.
