guys if you dont have the strength enough, i recommend practicing the frog pose, its like a handstand but, obviously, like a frog, it helps you strength the finger pushing strength

@@orochi32 overcome it, all i can do is give you a tip, if you fall over, raise your other hand, this will make you fall side ways instead of falling in your back, just practice the falling motion with a wall

Doing wall handstands directly without having enough shoulder strength and without having a spotter is something you wouldn’t wanna do. I almost tore my rotator cuff after falling on my shoulder as I lost balance. However, I got really damn lucky as it was only a very minor tear, but could’ve been so much worse.

another factor is to work on your shoulder mobility. the more u can put ur shoulders backwards, the better the balance. this is comparable to when u are standing.
