Romanian here: Man I love every single comment about seasoning ever. Especially with simple recipes like that, where you can clearly add whatever seasoning (or extra ingredient) to your heart's content. Good idea for a quick, tasty breakfast. Been doing something similar for a long time. I season it to taste with loads of pepper, salt, hot smoked paprika garlic (or garlic powder) and whatever else my heart desires. No biggie.
@samanthamelton11459 ай бұрын
They're mocking her (or making fun of her) for not adding ANY seasoning at all. It's obvious that you can add anything you like, but hers are going to be bland AF! Plus, she could have just used leftover mashed potatoes (which would already be flavored with various things) and it's definitely simpler than having to cook potatoes just for this. My problem with this video is that she says "flip the recipe." Ummm....the recipe is just the list of ingredients and cooking instructions, not the food after it's made and in the pan. This is definitely one of those videos that's an example of all the people who think what they do is so exceptional and wonderful that everyone should watch them. Even though there's really nothing special about it at all, or they're not even doing it right anyway. 🙄

Stop bragging about this !! They are called“potato pancakes” and my Irish grandmother made them for breakfast every time she had left over mashed potatoes!! The Irish have been making these potatoes pancakes sine the 1500’s after the first Irish famine caused by the British! The British people ruined Ireland by stealing every green plant native to Ireland- the Brit’s stole from the Irish until all the British left was dirt! The British planted nothing!! But the Irish did not die out like the Indians in the USA did. The Irish grew potatoes because all potatoes need is water and ground to grow in. No sunshine because it’s the portion of the potatoes that are the roots that ate potato we eat and they grow underground not needing light!! Your potato pancakes originate from the Irish!!
