I seriously cannot say enough good things about this channel. I am a new subscriber and I binge watched nearly all the episodes in the past week. Peanut stole my heart. Yes I now love a piglet that I never met. Her butt scratching and hinny twerking gets me every time. Captain Nathan is a well of knowledge and a great speaker. His love of diving is evident and contagious. I admire how he rolls with problems as they arise. Jordan her addiction for adventure is inspiring . Her goofiness is uplifting and always places a smile upon my face. Nerea I could listen to her speak non stop. Her accent is candy for my ears. Even if she was saying mean things about me I would happily listen . She also is witty and overflowing with humor. All the past and current crew members have been amazing. The filming whether it be on deck or under the water and even from the sky has all been fantastic. This channel is hands down my favorite. What you are all doing will open eyes on topics needing attention. And warm hearts needing warmth. Thank you for your content. Cant wait to see what is next.

I was at Heron Island before the Olympics for a few days. Loved all the fresh life on the reef. Saw so many Pacific fish that I don't normally see on the Atlantic side. One of my favorite trips. Took the helicopter in but took the boat out as I was maxed out on my computer after a few days diving constantly.

3 Stories on Heron & Wistari. Back in the 80's. 1) I rescued many large female Turtles as there was (back then) a rocky part that they would get caught up in on Heron Island, 3 am and still trying to get them free. 2) I knew of a dive spot on Wistari reef that pops at change of tide, its a bit hidden/you have to know where to look. I took a mob of pro divers/instructors out to that spot in the morning and they were not impressed, all I did was go around the reef back to the same spot in the afternoon and they raved about it! no one knew we had just gone 360 back to the same dive spot. I still have the old charts and location marked on it today. 3) on another trip I had some Special Forces guys relaxing after a mission they had done to who knows where, who knows what, anyway these guys were wound up but unwinding pretty quick and were polite and great guests to have on baord. We were on Heron Island at the resort, the guys were laughing and playing pool, thats it, just laughing. The island Manager at that time comes over and deliberately shoulder bumps one of the Special Forces guys and demands they stop laughing (True!) I thought that the Manager was going to get his head ripped off, but one of the others went up to his mate and motioned him away. Next few days we took one of the islands guests as our guest on my boat, that guest got interrogated by Heron island management and told them they cant go on my boat! (this was ignored) The Manager back then was really screwed up.
