I am not able to check case status online with my U visa receipt number. It was a domestic violence case. It’s shows receipt error message.

Good Evening Mr. Ranchod, just a quick question. Is the I-765 expedite for health care workers still valid as of today. It still mentions it on the USCIS website as valid but I just wanted to make sure becuase someone said that this was only for COVID and now since COVID is not a global emergency its not valid anymore.

Hello sir Is there anyway we can speed up the work permit processing, because we applied for u visa in October 2018 and applied for work permit in 2021 but still waiting for work permit it’s very frustrating. Please reply.I thank you in advance.

We received in approval in September 2018. Hopefully you will receive an update within a few months.

Hello sir ! I applied for U-visa the first week of April ‘18 . I got deported in May’18 . When, you think , am I coming to the USA ? They gave me deferred action status in early’19 .

What was the reason for deportation?

I had an outstanding deportation court order when I had lost my asylum bid from years ago . I was in supervision as well for about ten years. I applied for parole at an embassy here in Pakistan , she put me into administrative processing, last November . Since someone had told me to try with the embassy because the current administration was not doing any more deportations .
