The "ice shuffle" is real. 60° on one day and 2 days later we get 4" of snow and then it melts because it's in the 30's the next day and then freezes all that water overnight. Gotta love WI!
@bsbhimrasmus2 жыл бұрын
I live in WI too. Saturday was so nice, then we had that thunderstorm. The wind snapped the top 15-20 ft off one of my pine trees during the night. Then 3” snow Sunday night into Monday afternoon. Today is Tuesday and just a tiny bit of snow left in the yard.
@redwoodrebelgirl30102 жыл бұрын
Sounds like NW NY, too. They say "oop" instead of "ope", & aren"t QUITE as friendly, & I never heard of a meat-raffle in NWNY. Substitute the Bills for the Packers. Less cheese, unfortunately. But, otherwise, it seems almost identical to Wisconsin. I've lived both places.
@redwoodrebelgirl30102 жыл бұрын
@@bsbhimrasmus NWNY. We had almost 70° on Sunday! But, the wind was at 70, too. Couldn't hardly go outside. Power lines, tree branches down everywhere. I said "it'll be snow & ice, by Wednesday" . Snowed Monday night. 🙄

One decent sized tourist cabin the following winter because it was "for a friend". The following winter was 2 duplexes. In January, in Northern Wisconsin. No ladders on the job that year, we just climbed up the damn snow mounds! I quit the next fall.
