@@PCOS-Fertility sir i have pcos, i follow your videos everyday.symptoms have lessened but every time i have periods i have a sprained neck( may be due to weakness of nerves). Its difficult to move the neck on one side. Tried all balms and heat packs. Please make a video if possible for helping that too. 🙏🏻

Sir plzz help me... Mujhe pcod he or mera uterus thoda teda ho gya he to konsi yoga mujhe krni chahiye jisse mere uterus thik ho jaye.. Plzz heltme sir... Sadi ko 5-6 sal ho gye he or abhi tk mujhe pregnancy me koi frk nhi pda.. Baht treatment liya but dr. Khte he ki IVF krvana hoga... Sir, after practising yogas suggested by you, I got my periods after 2 months. But again this month I am not getting my period even after regular practise.
