If they remastered WaW, they'd completely botch it. The people working at Treyarch today are not the same people who worked at Treyarch back then when WaW was released.

I miss factions in call of duty. I know cod isn't a sim, but I'm more into sim, so I actually enjoyed the feeling of being a part of a particular army. Especially in Bo1, when you were on the Russian side, you really did feel like a Russian soldier, your soldier would speak Russian which obviously makes sense. Of course the same is true for other factions, that's just an example. Now it's just generic team vs generic team, everyone on the same team doesn't even look like it anymore. Bo1 had it perfect in my opinion. There was several factions, and each faction had several different soldier types, based on the weapon you had. Like if you had an assault rifle, you'd look like an infantry. Or if you had a sniper, you'd have a ghillie suit. It was cool, and it made you feel like you were actually in that role. Also, more call of duty's had that system, I'm just using bo1 for example. Bo2 was similar to bo1 in that regard.

This is why I've been playing Enlisted. The game is so immersive and for me it took months for this game to stop being an almost movie experience, but even now that this feeling is gone the game is still so good. There are many things to be fixed and I'm also very worried that they might do what war thunder did with the tanks and have different things from different eras N stuff in the same match

This is still the best in the series. Black Ops was a good attempt but still didn't come close to the traumatic horror stories of World at War.

I miss playing with different factions in COD, and when no one was scared of swastikas. Treyarch and IW really nailed the Mil-Sim concept back in the day.

The Wehrmacht are just so badass. They really nailed how cold the germans were, how bloodthirsty the Soviets were, how loyal and ruthless the japanese was and how brotherhood american are. They did a great job portraying their essence at it's core. Nothing like some fancy women or transgender agenda to change history.

We need a remake I never played it but according to Steam reviews Ive read a few months ago they say the online servers dont work anymore so I dont know if the money would be worth it if its just the campaign Any advice are, like always, appreciated

Cod back in 2004 - 2010: We're trying to make it realistic and historicly accurate with such a badass story and multiplayer, zombies and spec ops mode included Cod 2020 - 2022: OMG SO KAWAII ❤ We need anything anime related for fans to go into debt and make our story not historicly accurate at all and have menendez with a anime sticker bombed lazer gun with led light animations and little radio and 360 slide cancel enemy team
