Curd - 400 gram
Red chilli powder - 1.5 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon - 1
Salt as required or 1.5 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tablespoon
Cardamom pods - 5
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon sticks - 4
Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Mint and coriander leaves
Green chillies paste of 5
Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
Few saffron strands
Onions - 4 big
Oil - 1 cup
Garam masala powder
Caraway seeds - 2 teaspoon
Cardamom pods - 15
Cloves - 8
Cinnamon sticks - 8
Basmati rice - 1 kilo
Water for boiling
Salt - 6 teaspoon
Half a lemon
Few mint and coriander leaves
Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon sticks - 3
Cardamom pods - 5
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Layering
Milk - 1/2 cup
Few saffron strands
Clarified butter - 4 teaspoon
Few Coriander leaves and mint leaves
Garam masala powder few pinches
Green chillies - 4 to 5

Asalamualikum I made ur biryani many times it turned out our house favorite now. But this time accidentally I kept less yogurt and more rice,bcoz of which there is less Masala and the chicken is also not perfectly cooked,can u plz suggest me something to make it right
