Would love to see the Continental Cup/Games come back, but would it be better to have just 4 Teams with 2 entrants per team per event (Africa, Americas, Asia-Pacific & Europe) like last time or try to have more teams with just one entrant per team per event to make it as interesting as possible; Africa, Asia, Caribbean (inc Central American countries), Europe, North America (USA, CAN & MEX), Oceania & South America for example?!

Very interesting question He super talented but idk it’s hard to make this current USA team He for sure would need to be more consistent I feel like he love to wait for the big events to seriously run U can’t do that on team USA it’s just too much competition

If the continental 100X happens , I’d say the order would be 1. Americas 2. Africa 3. Asia 4. Europe. You might argue about Asia over Europe. But Asia has more sub 10 runners than Europe.

Not necessarily means a relay would win. This year no Asians neither Europeans went sub10s. And I fairly think that with Pablo Mateo, Ali, Patta and Hughes it would be a killer for Asia (probably: Tada, Xie, Koike and Sani Brown).

Yes, he would have a hard time. Thats a really hard team to make but I dont think any of teams should be comprised of 4 people from 1 country.

Just to be official about it, don't forget that Mexico is part of North America. Not that it would matter for sprints (LoL), but perhaps for some other events? Not sure if they ever do much in the long distances so...er...never mind. 😁. But just saying, keep it official.

Team USA is Team North America, whatever that's supposed to mean. It's always USA against the world, as it should be. Coleman-1, Kenny-2, Erriyon-3, Lyles-4. World Record on deck. But we could probably have a USA Blue and Red. Bromell-1, Kerley-2, Whoever-3, Lindsey-4. Making the Olympic standard for relays isn't really something to "praise", especially when most of them are trained and developed in America. But it's cool for them and I understand why they're excited, kinda like India making it.

Didn't USA lose to Canada at the last world champs in the US

@@SauceKinggAfter sweeping the 100m and the 200m with 6 different athletes, we didn’t lose because Canada was faster lol
