The scene when Paul...I..mean Lisan al-gaib turns & takes control was so powerful. when I watched it in the cinema I got goose bumps & everyone was looking...concerned. lol Loved this films and Denis did such a good job.

Also a little note from the books. Feyd is the only person/face he's not seen before so when he meets him to duel he truly doesn't know how the fight will go. So as Gurney says he is taking such a high risk.

The old Reverend Mother and her attendants weren't afraid for the baby. They were afraid *of* the baby. Because Jessica drank the Water of Life while pregnant, baby Alia became a Reverend Mother too - but she has no life experience to back that up. All the power, no life wisdom...

Agreed, first one was a good story, some nice character development & battles. Part 2 is just another beast entirely.

For me, I actually prefer Part One. Only because part one introduced me to the Dune universe, and that completely changed the way I think of storytelling and cinema. So I will always have that nostalgic feeling when reflecting back on that first movie.
