1 pound large elbow macaroni + salt 1 cup half n half 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 sticks of butter 1/4 pound sharp cheddar 1/4 pound mozzarella 1/4 pound mild cheddar 1/2 block Velveeta cheese 3 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon slap ya mama seasoning 1 tablespoon mustard Extra cheese and parsley for the top A little milk if mac n cheese is stiff
