You should try out judo if you can’t find wrestling near you . There is a lot of emphasis on throws and control like in wrestling, and my gym has a couple of former wrestlers and they enjoy it.

I explain at beginning, in season I have to focus solely on select things so I can train and do school to best of my ability. Now in summer, I have more of KZfaq as a job routine
