Weightlifter and mechanic. First time I have heard my profession specifically mentioned. Pain is actually stating to get really bad. Have done this before, but not quite as long. Will loosen bad and go for longer periods. Thank you

@@ArcticSilverFox1 truthfully, no. Have recently found that my scaphoid bone my wrist always seems to stuck or sticking which is causing a good portion of my pain. Doesn’t move right so it bangs in to everything. Now I’m trying to keep moving without causing too much irritation.

I think what I’m feeling is onset sore muscles. It’s hard to press and grip things. Even using my thumb to type this hurts the muscles in my forearm. It happened so fast 😮 I guess I strained it to the max. But it does “hurt so good” 😅

No, that's the regular way to do it. If they give you pain, decrease the weight you put on them. If still too much pain, then do what he suggested here

I’ve had forearm pain for about a month from lifting heavy weights. I think I tore a tendon or sprained a muscle. Wondering if hanging from a bar will make this better or worse.

I honestly don’t know if I have this, I broke my wrist in the beginning of the year and now I hurt my wrist/forearm hitting a punching bag with my forearm, I am no longer able to do pull-ups or anything physically without discomfort Please help!

I might have the same thing. When I finish doing push ups I have a acute pain on the inside of the forearm. It also happens when I am doing boxing I can hit hard. Does it still happen to you?

@@jamalkhodri7314 i took a little break then I started training easy, and it almost feels just like normal. I sometimes feel it a little weak but nothing happens, I had it give out like 2 months ago and that really scared me but it hasn’t happened since and I think we just have to strengthen it back
