Thanks for the very thorough and helpful guide. I was able to follow step-by-step until 3:10 After I successfully click on (I heard “QR code scanned”) my camera takes 2 seconds then says “could not connect to local network”. I did try several other routers in different houses and still facing the same issue. The irony is that the camera was working without issues for several months at my home via my router, then one day all of a sudden stoped working, and I couldn’t connect it again ever since. Could you kindly share if you have any suggestions?

I suggest you to reset the camera and also update the firmware and try again. Not sure if you also restarted the router (Did you?).

@@SmartDevicesChannel thanks for your kind and print help. Is there a way to update the firmware even though I can’t connect the cameras to the phone? (if so, could you kindly advise how?) Yup I did restart the router but with no success unfortunately.

@@SmartDevicesChannel You sir, are one of the greatest human being walked this earth, and I take my hat off to you any day. Do you know that my camera stopped working in 2022 and I have spent months trying to fix it by attempting every possible solution on KZfaq and on Waze support website AND through Waze support team via emails as well. But guess what, non of that worked. Until you dear just came into my life and helped me. I can safely say that, after 2 long years collecting dust in the cabinet, the camera has seen the light today and started functioning again! Thanks to YOU. I liked and subscribed my dear brother 💪
