Wyze Pan Cam - Troubleshooting Video for Wyze Support Staff

(Approx 2:30 long)
1) Shows Lens of Wyze always pointing up
2) Shows Original Power Adapter and Cable used to power up the Wyze Pan Cam
3) Shows momentarily light flashing when the power is plugged in
4) Shows no reaction when the Setup "button" is pressed

My camera just has the yellow light in and it doesn’t do anything else

Did you get a reply from WYZE on this? I'm having same problem. It rotates but LENS stuck, will not tilt. I can hear it try to move but needing to open up and lube. Don't know what type of lube

Lol I was about to say my cam doesn’t even have a light. I thought it was some kind of shiny reflective stuff reflecting the light in my garage.

I think you over turned the camera ! Please unplug the camera first, and let's hold the base of camera with one hand solid, and grab the upper part of camera with other hand, and gentally turn manually the upper part of camera until the lens lines up away of micro usb slot. Than plug the camera to be resetted.( please Note Do not force it, make sure you are turning it to right direction ) Good luck

@@sicilianprican please make sure when you turn the upper part, the back of camera lines up to where the micro usb is plugged in, than plug in camera again, and restart the camera, camera will restart and will lined up with original alignment.

@@FlightSim2703 Yeah I tried it all, never responded even when I tried doing what you said just never moved never turned on to scan even when I used the reset button I just put it down as a lost
