大家好~昨天的中秋节过得快乐嘛?今天来分享家常料理,腐乳炒油麦菜和日本肉碎豆腐!真的超下饭~如果今天刚好想要下厨煮几道简单的菜肴,不妨试试这两道,经济又好吃!平凡的一天,简单的料理,幸福的日子!
*影片是六月份拍摄的,那时候发现超市已经开始售卖月饼,真的有吓到!但是一转眼时间就过了中秋节,这部影片现在才发布!还请原谅!😆❤
【日本肉碎豆腐】Egg tofu with minced pork Ingredients:
-4条日本豆腐(约520克)4 package of Japanese tofu/egg tofu
-50克的肉碎 50g of minced pork
-2瓣蒜米 2 clove of garlic
-适量的青葱 some spring onion
【腐乳炒油麦菜】Stir-fired You Mak with fermented bean curd Ingredients:
-两颗油麦菜 2 of You Mak vegetable
-4-5块腐乳 4-5 pieces of fermented bean curd
-2瓣蒜米2 clove of garlic
-3-4条小辣椒 3-4 chilli

it bubbles because the tofu contain eggs , usually egg - protein will bubble when deep fry .

炸日本豆腐的时候有泡因为是有鸡蛋,外面买的日本豆腐我还觉得有碱水的味道🤔🤔🤔其实自己做来吃是最好的。这种豆腐没有黄豆成分的,营养师都不建议吃这类型豆腐很高钠高脂的。

起泡是因为婆婆用的油 热点比较低 以前我炸东西用葵花油也是我很多泡

因为日本豆腐是鸡蛋豆腐来的。就是,鸡蛋+豆浆做的。油温高鸡蛋会有泡泡的。

No problem with the chopping board. Mine one eventhough intact but still smaller than Po Po. Po Po chopping board is a good quality one and nowadays it is not cheap to buy kinde chopping board made from tree log.

This is a good jungle wood chopping board that does not harbour germs unlike the plastic ones. Scrape with a big chopping knife often and it remains good for many years. Brush the side with a copper brush. I ordered 6 of these boards from a jungle merchant. Hard to buy such merchandise nowadays.Tembusu wood.
