I’ve watched this scene so many times, and the way Skinner says “I’m taking a bubble bath” makes me laugh out loud every time. Like I know it’s coming-it’s the reason I keep watching it- but it somehow still startles me into laughter. 😅

You X Files fans propably know that but here's fun fact for the rest... This scene is from episode when Holywood decided to make movie about one of the X files cases. Episode is packed with meta humor. Includung fact that Scully was suposed to be palyed by Tea Leoni who was David's wife at the time... So yeah She most likely had crush on him... xD
