This recipe I learned from my sister, who got this recipe from my mom before she passed away. The sweet sour taste from both tomatoes and pineapple are delicious, and it go so well with fish. This os one of my childhood favourite dish.
Ingredients:
1 fish fillet
1 pineapple (if you can, choose MD2 pineapple, sweeter)
6 tomatoes
1 red onion
3 cloves of garlics mince
3 shallots (slice)
1 capsicum (cut into pieces)
1 tspn cornstarch
1 tspn turmeric powder
Sauce:
4 - 5 tbspn Maggies Tomatoes Sauce
4 tbspn Maggies Chillies Sauce
1 tbspn Oyster Sauce
1 tspn sesame oil
1/2 cup of water
1 pinch of salts
