Cerise definitely has the best face. Her nose is so pretty. I only ever found one first chapter in store and it was one where someone put a really well played with doll in a box and returned her. I got her for only $5 tho and she was mostly complete but her ring and her cape clasp was broken. Most of my thrifted EAH dolls have been disasters that I adopted out of love. I has a spare skeletal hand that I used to replace a missing hand on q raven doll and I love that thing more than a lot of dolls.

Ever after high will forever be my favorite doll line next to rainbow high, their designs are so unique, and gorgeous! Id definitely have, thronecoming cupid, heartstruck cupid, signature cupid, and mira shards in my top 10!!

Ever After High definitely had issues regarding diversity of characters and hairtextures, etc. I don't think it will ever happen, but if the line ever got rebooted I would love to see how they would update that (similarly to how they've recently updated MH). What I do think EAH is unrivalled in is the fashions (that cater to my specific tastes). Most dolls nowadays are of that cooler designer fashion vibe, or edgy. EAH had a princess aesthetic, but they pulled it off so gracefully and amazingly for the price. It truly felt like they came from fairytales, with a slight modern twist. A lot of e.g. Blondie's outfits straight-up quality as lolita fashion. I do not see that same thing with any other doll like at the moment except for pullip, which is really expensive and from Japan. It just makes me sad because I crave current dolls with poofy skirts and cute ribbons and headbows but they are just not here.

I miss EAH so much! I own the vast majority of the dolls, just missing mostly budget lines and the comic con exclusives. Spring Unsprung is such a good line overall, it’s up there for me with the tea party line (blanking on the line haha). In no particular order my top 10 favorites are: Spring Unsprung Cerise Signature Lizzie Thronecoming Cupid Thronecoming Raven Signature Raven Signature Darling Legacy Day Apple Fairest on Ice Duchess Signature Justine Legacy Day Cerise Thronecoming Cupid and the original Lizzie are pretty high up there for me honestly. I remember back when I was in high school we had to do a presentation of a company. I chose Mattel, so I brought my Lizzie and Cupid to show off. I loved them then and I still love them now. Signature Raven was my first EAH doll and my first doll as a serious collector. Before then I was that kid who destroyed their toys and I regret it now. I still hold a soft spot for her. I was lucky enough to find Legacy Day Cerise at Ross for cheap. I remember the second part of the Legacy Day line was impossible to find (Ashlynn, Cerise, and Maddie) so I was super excited to find her. I customized my Signature Darling and Justine. I painted a lot on their accessories and brought more of the detail out. You’re right about Ruby from RWBY, but I think it’s because the setting is so different from a fairy tale vibe, it leans kinda sci-fi for me. I have a hard time seeing the others as their fairy tales too except for Weiss. The Disney show you’re talking about is Once Upon a Time. Most of the characters are the versions from the Disney animated movies but the premise is that the Evil Queen cursed them to live normal lives in our world. I think you’d like it, though it became more of a soap opera as time went on. It’s on Disney+, along with the spin off that’s about Wonderland.

Thronecoming cupid was my first ever after high doll! I wasn’t super interested in the first chapter ones when they first came out, but when legacy day and Thronecoming came out I was sold! My all time favorite forever and always is legacy day cerise, and my very close second is Thronecoming cupid! You have great taste lol

When I was a kid/teenager I didn't like Ever After High because I hated dolls with "round, baby-ish" faces. I still kind of have this bias, but now I have a bigger appreciation for EAH. I think Justine is gorgeous and some of the dolls you highlighted won me over. I probably won't go out of my way to collect them, but I'd like to add a couple to my collection someday.

Once Upon a Time! Storybrooke is from Once Upon a Time! Watch it it is amazing! and there is a Neverland spin off too!

Thronecoming Cupid is one of my favorites. I gave her curly hair to give her ponytail more volume and she looks so good, love her. I really like Heartstruck Cupid too, core and Legacy Day Madeline, core Briar and Blondie. I remember core Lizzie being hard to find and when I finally randomly found her in Burlington I was with my mom, who knows I collect Barbies, but I was still too embarrassed to let her see me buying dolls since I assumed she thought I was too old for dolls, so I didn't get Lizzie and could never find her again. My mom probably wouldn't have cared either way, it was more of a personal issue.

Not very far into the video yet but I just want to say I totally agree, I love Spring Unsprung, it’s my favorite line too! I only have Lizzie, Holly, and Briar from Spring Unsprung but I really want to get the rest too because they’re all so pretty! I also really liked the Spring Unsprung special too.

I love love loveee EAH (more than MH cuz i was and still is a sucker for princessy fairytale stories and characters!) !! But for dolls I haven't chosen a fave yet! Idk why lmao but this video is lowkey inspiring me to look more into them and decide!!

I adore epic winter blondie, thronecoming cupid, and through the woods cupid. This list caters directly to my taste in EAH dolls. though, i might be biased because blondie and cupid are two of my favorite characters in anything ever.

My lizzie's hair is like that too. I've gotten a couple dolls with saran hair that feels similar and it's always in black. One was a weird Chinese doll I ordered off Amazon and then another was actually some hair I got and rerooted a cleo with that was a hair I got from a website that isn't around anymore and I sadly sold that cleo and I miss her. My g3 Draculaura wells somewhat similar? But like if it was straight. That Lizzie is just rooted so thickly. I just set up first chapter look wonderland dolls display again and I was surprised I have all their pieces even their rings.

cerise is by far my favorite character, and therefore so is her doll, legacy day is definitely my number 1 and it would be cerise wolf, but she is hard to get, and her price is sky high, maybe someday... and it happened to me like you, I also said when I saw dozens of eah dolls on the shelves "I'll buy them later, they will still be there after all" that is a BIG mistake, and I also regret it

I just found a Spring Unsprung Kitty that I'm really looking forward to arriving. While I prefer MH doll due to the "moon face" of most EAH dolls, Kitty is the exception.
