由2020年開始,全港的健身氣功比賽將會發生一些變化,主要是兩個方面。
第一就是比賽的音樂,我們之前用的是不同功法的原本音樂,到6分鐘就會停掉。從今年開始我們將會採用「國際健身氣功聯合會」指定的六分鐘表演音樂。
第二個方面是動作編排方面,之前是我們自己去改編。比如中間的動作至少做一次或者是三次,那麼兩邊的動作最少要一左一右各一次。
那麼今後這方面將會採用指定的編排套路。接下來我將會跟大家從易筋經、五禽戲、六字訣和八段錦四套功法去給大家做一個動作的展示。
希望給大家能夠帶來一些幫助,也在這裏祝願大家在今後的比賽當中取得更好的成績。
《五禽戲》是東漢名醫華佗研究了虎、鹿、熊、猿、鳥的活動特點,結合人體的臟腑、經絡和氣血的功能,創編而成的健身氣功功法。

It is an extremely good question, here is why Wu Qin Xi begins with Tiger: In the Chinese culture, not only do we worship the dragons, we also worship Tigers. Tigers represent fortitude and bravery, as well as strength and authority. In the traditional Chinese calendar and the zodiac, Tiger corresponds to "Yin". While in the Five Elements Theory, "Yin" represents "Wood", which energy symbolizes "vitality and growth". Now “Wood” is in association with our organ "liver". Since one of the major role of liver is to control the chemical levels in the blood, and hence can be interpreted as “the Chief Commander”. Therefore, "Tiger" and "Liver" are unified in character. The theory of "Yin and Yang" believes that 「寅」is "Yang", which has a meaning of growth, or in other words the blooming of grass and trees in Spring. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the liver function is in a vigorous period during this time, the Liver Qi-energy in the body is relatively stronger, consequently the body's organs and pores would be in a state of slowly opening, which is particularly vulnerable to the invasion of wind and pathogens. Based on “Four Seasons of Health Care”, people should pay attention to the special protection against wind pathogens and the relief of Liver Qi stagnation. So in the Spring time, we are highly recommended to practice “Tiger" move in Wu Qin Xi. The move of "Raise the Tiger’s Claws" is like stretching, awakening the nerves and muscles of the whole body, and also telling the heart and lungs that we should start exercising! "Tiger Seizes its Prey" extends your arms forward as far as possible fulling extending the spine and keeping it straight. This could also enhance the strength of your legs and improve the stability of the body. In the Chinese folk, people would dress their children in tiger costume like tiger hats, tiger clothes and tiger shoes symbolising good luck and good fortune while exorcising evil spirits. There is a Chinese proverb, which says “The plan of a day starts in the morning, and the plan of a year starts in Spring.” In other words, the whole year must be planned for in the Spring. Therefore, Wu Qin Xi is designed to begin with "Tiger"!

中國文化除了對龍有崇拜,其實對虎也有崇拜。虎代表著剛毅勇猛,也代表著力量和權威。在中國的傳統曆法和十二生肖中,虎對應的是「寅」,五行學說裏「寅」代表「木」,「木」有代表著「生、發」,而且「肝」在五行中也屬於木,且統領全身之「血」,具有統帥的意義。所以「虎」與「肝」在性格上是統一的。 「陰陽」學說認為「寅」為「陽」,有生動之意,代表春天草木初生的狀態。中醫認為此時人體的肝臟機能處於旺盛時期,因而身體內的肝氣容易過於旺盛,身體腠理與毛孔也處於慢慢打開的狀態,特別容易受風邪侵的入侵,所以感冒、過敏性鼻炎等患者在這一時節也會增多。根據順應四時的養生規律,人在春季養生中要注重對風邪的特別防護以及肝氣鬱滯的紓解。所以春天的時候要練習「虎戲」。 在動作的設計上,「虎舉」如同伸懶腰一樣,喚醒全身的神經和肌肉,也告訴心、肺,我們要開始做運動啦!「虎撲」令全身都得到運動,每一節脊柱得到疏離,還可以增強腿部力量和提高身體穩定性。 在中國民間,人們會給小朋友穿戴虎頭帽和虎服、虎鞋,寓意吉祥如意、驅邪存福! 再加一句:中國有句古話:一日之計在於晨,一年之計在於春。所以把「虎」排第一位,理所當然!

謝謝您的留言。大部分動作需要遵循:起吸落呼、開吸合乎、先吸後呼的原則。由於五禽戲的運動強度比較大,練習過程中可能會出現氣短的情況,那麼就需要用自然呼吸進行調整。

練功講求動作綿綿不斷,一氣呵成,但你中間气的延伸都斷掉了很多

感謝您的留言。您說的沒錯,練功需要連綿不斷。但是不同的功法練法是不同的,中間的轉換也是無可厚非的。另外根據練功者當時的身體狀態,練法也是可以調整的。

謝謝您的關注及留言。有可能跟您的師爺留下來有區別的。這一套是中國國家體育總局集合專家團隊創編的版本。是根據現代醫學和運動解剖學進行改良。目前,這一套功法在國內以及國外多達40多個國家進行練習及推廣。

@johnny Kuo 感謝你的關注。《健身氣功·五禽戲》是中國國家體育總局健身氣功管理中心組織編創的健身氣功新功法之一,由上海體育學院承擔研究任務。所以此功法與傳統的 “華佗五禽戲” 是有所區別的。
