Who is this excellent Master of Tai Chi? His movements look so light and relaxed, but at the same time full of intention and spirit. You don't often see this level of performance. Thank you for uploading this video.

@@user-he8tu9wq3s I eventually found out who he was from another video, but thanks for your confirmation anyway. I don't know why you would say that he wasn't good. I imagine you have your reasons for saying that, but whether he was good or not in your eyes is not going to bother him. We can all improve and be better in our practice, but there will always be someone better, faster, stronger, more skilled etc. So saying one is good or not good is relative to one's own understanding and experience. Furthermore, it's a purely subjective opinion or, at best, based on some kind of historical records that would be almost impossible to corroborate. Who would you consider to be a good example of the Yang style form? Of the many videos on KZfaq that show old school masters demonstrating the Yang style form, or any other form, there are some that stand out as good examples to me. Obviously, not everyone will have the same opinion. Good luck, in your journey of Taijiquan, may it help you on your path in life.

Excellent. You must have some feelings about this old master in order to understand. It is the form, but the feelings.
Master Niu Chunming disciple of the great Master Yang Cheng Fu! A lightness stoned in more than 60 years of practice! The real Yang T'ai-chi-ch'üan (Taijiquan).

Taichi is great way to exercise for the elderly, it’s definitely not a combat fight technique (unless you want to be ko)

Just a slow-movement exercise. You can move in anyway as you feel comfortable. No need to follow what so called taichi or anything.

Then it will be exactly as you say, a slow moving exercise. If you want it to give you the benefits the postures must conform to tai ji principles. I assume from your comments you have not practiced tai ji very much - so I wonder why you feel qualified to make that statement?
