油鹽水浸黃釘:
材料:
黃釘12兩
蒜頭3粒
薑1舊
大頭菜
處理:
1. 洗淨黃釘,擎乾水。
2. 大頭菜用清水,浸5分鐘。
3. 薑,刮皮,切絲。
4. 蒜頭去皮,洗淨。
5. 大頭菜切絲。
烹調:
1. 放1湯匙油落鑊,大火燒熱。
2. 爆香薑、蒜及大頭菜。
3. 加入400毫升水及黃釘冚蓋,煮4分鐘。
4. 魚眼轉白,上碟。

Ingredients:
Banded grouper 12 taels

Ginger 1 No.
Pickled radish
Preparation:
1. Rinse the fish, hang dry.
2. Soak pickled radish with tap water for 5 minutes.
3. Ginger, peel and shred well.
4. Garlics, peel and rinse thoroughly.
5. Shred pickled radish well.
Steps:
1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at high flame in wok.
2. Fry ginger, garlics and pickled radish for 1 minute.
3. Add 400ml water in wok and put lid on pot, cook for 4 minutes.
4. Fish eyes once turn in white. Serve.
