I love watching you, Miss Brenda. You taught me to make biscuits at 75 years old. My mother never made biscuits and my husband grew up in Southern Virginia and he was so happy when I made them for him. Thank you, Miss Brenda. ❤

What has happened is someone has deleted a lot of ms Brenda's KZfaq subscribers and a lot of us has noticed this, also I'm seeing a lot of old videos that I have already seen. This is not fair to Ms Brenda. We all love her and have been subscribers since Facebook followers have shared. These are her video s I think someone trying to claim to take credit for all the hard work she has done. As she stated she don't know how to fix this. Yes I was unsubscribe I didn't understand so I resubscribed . Now I'm seeing a lot old videos or it still say subscribe. This happened the first of june.if it says cooking with Brenda Gantt it's her videos but somebody has unsubscribe a lot of us. This is sad. Watching Brenda cook in July can make you feel like its July in December and January!! She just warms my heart and Home everyday! I wish I could make biscuits!!! Im trying to get the nerve up again! I love homemade biscuts with sausage gravy and eggs scrambled soft and fluffy. And of course a applebutter biscuit at t gth e end of the meal, and don't forget the hot tea. That was one of the things Iate a lot growing up ❣🙂🙃

Miss Brenda, my mom taught me to add a little corn starch,or plain white breadcrumbs to any fruit that is really runny. It works terrific ❤️

Hi Brenda, Egg yolks have a lot of cholesterol so I just eat the egg whites for my hearts sake. I fry mine and put salt, pepper and chopped fresh basil. Yum!

Just got out of hospital yesterday and had polyp removed from colon so my diet is full liquid and advance little by little. I am so hungry and watching you cook is my treat. You cook so much like my grandma and mom did. I do get quite hungry watching you prepare food. Real treat for me.

I've been watching you for a long time Brenda and I haven't tried making the biscuits yet I'm by myself I guess has something to do with it, I could make them for church fellowship dinner. I've tried making biscuits twice in my 69 yrs and they turned out so hard you could break windows with them ! Lol I love to cook and am a good cook , I guess I'm going to have to be brave and give it a shot ! I truly enjoy you and would love to meet you. If not here I'll find you in heaven , we can make biscuits !

I love that you said “case” knife. I grew up saying that and my husband laughs at me but I don’t care. That is what my granny and parents said and I will keep calling it a case knife. ❤️

Good Morning Brenda. I watch your videos on Facebook every evening. Just love them. I have your book which is just a beautiful book. I love all the stories in it. I pre-ordered the 2nd one as well. My husband enjoys the biscuits with preserves, says it's like having dessert with supper. I just love learning new things from you. I have a tip for you. When draining your pies, chicken etc , rather than using paper towels, put a cooling rack on a baking pan lined with foil ( No pan washing) and put your fried items on top the rack. It keeps them good and crispy on both sides. Love ya❣️
