Rock Paper Scissors kid is unironically one of my favorite "fights". It pretty much shows the audience how Fate works as a mechanic. It's kind of similar to Hamon in the aspect that courage is needed for Fate to choose you, though I don't think it ends there. You could also say the character needs to be sufficiently driven as well. Notice how Rohan's good luck actually comes in that quick second set of RPS. Before he was annoyed/stressed when confronting the kid, but once he had the drive to actually face him down, when he took the stance tellling the kid to let Shizuka go, he easily won right there. Knowing the risk he takes by playing this kid again, he faces him for the sake of another. That is pretty much Will Zeppeli's definition from part 1. Also in the manga this is a total homage to Fist of the North Star and that shit's tight.

No, in Okuyasu’s case, the rest of the body was electricity, so it didn’t have any weight to it, meaning it would be easier to pull his body back to his hand. Kira’s body was still physical, so the less heavy half was his hand. Like, if you got back and look at everything Josuke has fixed, everything usually gets pulled towards whatever piece is largest, in Josuke’s proximity. Hopefully that makes sense.

I think the reason Josuke chose to repair the hand to Kira at that moment is that they still needed info. Even if they had gotten Kira back to them, they have no idea what his stand is (killer queen not heart attack), what it does, how strong he is.... but mostly they still have no info other than the name "kira yoshikage" They didnt know where he lived, worked, how he spends his time, etc. That hand was, in that moment, their only way to track him down and learn more about him What they didnt expect is, kira knew about the cinderella store, and that dr tsuji was a stand user that can swap people's faces

What really bothers me about the whole bit with healing his hand working differently than it did with Okuyasu's arm, is that it's so easy to throw out some kind of reason for us to have it work like that, but they just don't mention it. Like, it can be easily handwaved as "this way Heartattack gets pulled away from us so we can chase him without being attacked" or w/e but we're just left hanging
