Yamaha Neo’s electric scooter seems to be designed with a specific user in mind: the inner-city commuter who values build quality and eco-friendliness over speed and range. That's normal in Bangkok, Scooter riders riding against the traffic. Great video Alex. 🇹🇭🙏 Way too expensive for a toy Scooter which is poorly designed and digital speedo is awful.

Well, I guess those small scooters with a small displacement engine, specially with no sound are really dangerous on the road they are not visible by car drivers. Thanks for the review

Commenting from viewpoint of guy who does a lot small trips and occasional 300 km trips with 50 cc scooter...would not work for me. Untill they get about 150-200km real world range and lets say half an hour recharging time. And that with lets say 30 kg of luggage. (You'd need anyways a rest pause after that long ride.) And all that with competitive pricing. My current Kymco scooter gets about 180-200km with full tank, depending on road, weather, and how much stuff on carrying.

Too expensive as you can get much better Chinese electric versions for much less with better equipment on board. Nice video and I would not use it on the pedestrian path as police will get you eventually. All the best 👍

The damn batteries are still too expensive.. Basically you pay twice as the same class with petrol equivalent. But you are right, they are fun on the smallest streets and you can get away with dumb stuff 😁😁
