I'm definitely very excited for the Persona rhythm games but that's because I eat anything SMT, that and I'm looking forward to the music and I've needed a new rhythm game to sink my teeth into and this is a good place to continue. My biggest hype game I'm looking for is Octopath Traveller. Considering the team that made it are the same team that made my all-time favourite game (Bravely Default/Second) I'm really excited to see how well they can pull off their newest title, especially one that isn't a Bravely game (though I'm definitely looking forward to more games in that series, whenever it comes out)

Great stuff as always! Personally you can put me down as excited for pretty much everything you're excited for. I'm also hyped for pretty much anything Nintendo puts out. They didn't let me down with a single game this year and I believe 2018 is gonna follow that trend.

Buns. Play "God eater" to get a feel for how "code vien" will be like. GE 1 and 2 are on PS4 and you get them both really REALLY cheap. So your not spending much. Keep in mind though, these were originally on the PSP. Both got a re-release on the same system with new features. Kind of like KH does with final mix. Now they are on PS4 in HD with even MORE features. Re-RE-release if you will. Lol tell some friends to get them too if you like it because you can play online. Will help all of you prep for "code vien". c: Side note: I'm not really that interested in CV because while I'm sure gameplay will be fine, the story seems...not bad..just dull for me I guess? Yeah lets go with that.

No mention of TLoU2? I mean, it doesn't seem like your kind of game considering your reaction to Days Gone (TLoU was a dad-based zombie game with extra dad installed), but it feels like the only big omission.

Your choice of music when talking about Spider-man was very fitting and on point, thought I'd just say that. Also when it comes to Days Gone, I am excited, for starters, as it's main character is played by Sam witwer. I've always loved his stuff and it's great to see him land the main role again. The last time he was the main lead, he was playing Starkiller in a no-longer-canon story set in Star Wars...which was back in 2008. I'm also loving how the the zombie enemys are being utilised, they're always in large groups and it always looks impressive how the game shows them all at once without losing any frames and even when their dead, their ragdoll body's still remain. From what I understand, It's the first proper, standalone RPG that includes zombies as a feature of the open-world (Do correct me if I'm wrong) so I expect side-missions such as Dungeons for high-level players and bandit camps to let you fight humans. The story looks less like a Walking-Dead knockoff and more about a broken man who, just when he's getting it rough now must deal with the zombie apocalypse. We *just might* get a narrative on-par with Horizon: Zero Dawn. TL;DR I am excited.

I don't even pay attention to what games are coming out from year to year normally. It's too much to keep track of, and all I'm trying to do is play through my ridiculously self-expanding steam library backlog. ...Always nice to hear from the Buns though! :P haha

Actually, thinking about it, I think rehashing Kratos was a missed opportunity. If they had introduced a new character and the same title, their franchise would have expanded to all mythologies rather than just Kratos' lineage and what makes sense for moving forward for just them.

Honestly, kind of happy someone called out the people from the Bayonetta fandom that keep hating on Nintendo and Platinum Games. Seriously guys, like she said it's just petty. Would you rather have had the games never come out at all? *Exactly*. And just an FYI Platinum Games have gone on record saying no one else were willing to help them when they needed it. And besides if you're really still salty about it go get a Switch, and wait for the re-releases. There's no reason to buy a game console that sold over 10 million in under a year, and had an exclusive that got over 30 GOTY wins. And the library is getting more and more added every day, including the new No More Heroes game.

My thoughts on all of the games you are excited about 1.I really want to get Monster Hunter World...but I don't have friends to play with. 2. I really want this! I think it could turn out to be a really good game. 3.Again, I really want this...but I don't have friends to play it with. 4.I did not like the first, but this one looks great. It has a good looking battle system and a fantastic looking environment. Also the kingdom building looks good. 5. I never played Dissidia before, but I love Final Fantasy and it looks like decent fighting. I'll probably get it if it's on sale. 6. I don't like fps games. I have no interest in it. 7. I didn't like the original that much. I also don't see the point of a remake. To me I just don't get why they can't make a new game. 8. Yes please! I never played any of the games, but I love beat em ups and slashers. Mix all of that in with a badass protagonist, and I think they will be some of my favorite games. 9. I never heard of it. But it looks really fun! I definitely think I'll get it. 10. My favorite series of all time! I am going to play the shit out of kh3. Personally I believe this is the game to end all games, but we will see. All you need to know is this game will be good, and I'm gonna beat it around 4 times in a row. I'm really excited about this game.
