Always baffles me when Disney preaches about independent, strong women, they get one working for them, then fire her BECAUSE she's independent, strong, and can form her own opinions. Shows that it's all a big lie.

Disney is trying to have the public identify Bad as Good and Good as Bad. They did the same thing in Falcon and the Winter Soldier. They relate and behave more like the villains of their own show so they don't want the people watching to look at them as evil.
