I originally wanted a base Bronco since it listed for $29,999 MSRP but with dealer markups in Ohio making them $50,000 or more for a base and now the QC issues with Ford Trucks which used to be a minor problem…I may never buy Ford again but every other car manufacturer has been marking up prices also and having QC issues as well. I think all the car manufacturers have gone beyond greedy to just not caring. But that’s just my opinion.

Screw Ford. 4 dealerships last weekend had 10k markup Bronco trim I wanted. All were in stock. Nasty sales people said that was fair market. BS! I asked if I drove off lot 50ft and back if I would get it back any part of the 10k. Silence. Used Toyota Smart Path and bought 4Runner limited at MSRP. Sounds like I made the right choice. Ford dealers need to pay a price for this. Also, if I ordered a Bronco STILL a 10k markup. Aholes! Ford can go to... complained to corporate but they are helpless.

I'm not here to apologize or promote Ford but my experience is completely different. I took delivery of my Bronco in Nov. 2021. So far (knocking on wood) mine has been flawless! Not one single issue after 20K miles. It is the most fun and capable car I have ever owned. Puts a smile on my face every time I get in it. I've owned Jeeps recently and it is like driving a car from the 70's compared to the Bronco. There is a reason there are Jeeps available all over at MSRP, nobody wants them. I paid MSRP for my Bronco and cringe at others paying mark-ups. This is all the buyers fault. Just walk-away. Sooner than later all those idiots willing to subsidize these unscrupulous dealers will fall out of the market and the dealers will be left with unsold Broncos. Just look at the truck market, there are tons of new trucks waiting to be bought. They all have mark-ups and are just sitting unsold. It's a game of chicken and eventually the dealers will give in if impatient buyers would just stick to their guns!
@F1owns

Your experience doesn't create clicks, likes or subscribes no matter how amazing it is. Without 48 engine failures out of tens of thousands produced, this video would have zero views. I can't imagine living my life constantly looking for every negative thing I could make a video about. We have 12,000 miles on our '22 four door hard top with 2.7L and could not be happier. My wife LOVES the vehicle and for the first time, SHE has the cool car in the household. We also own a Wrangler, we love it, but the Bronco just takes everything we didn't like about the Wrangler and fixes it. More comfortable interior, more power, better ride, quieter ride, and just overall build quality. We do some intermediate wheeling and have no plans to push the limits of the vehicle in the Jeep or the Bronco.

You are right about that plus Ford factories will be shutting down soon for retooling getting ready for next year's models so inventory always grows this time of year as there will be much lower delivery numbers now until about August or later. Only one of those recalls bothered me. They fixed all of them, so let's get real. I bought multiple German made vehicles and Germans now build most of their cars to fail and they don't fix their failures. In fact, they lie. Should I mention the lies on MPG? Better example: the Audi CV (constant velocity) transmission fails so predictably that almost none make it past 50,000 miles. Most fail around 30,000. Good luck getting it fixed. I had extended warranties. Had three fixed. All failed again... in less than a year, or close to it. After that, I couldn't find anyone willing to do a repair. Literally, by that time, all transmission shops refused. Cost of a new one: $7,000+. Of course, they also give you timing belts versus timing chains. Plastic impellers versus metal. I literally could name hundreds of components designed to fail. I will NEVER buy a German made car again... ever. So, quit bashing a company that actually fixes their problems. You really aren't doing apples to apples comparisons at all. You have no idea how much you should value a company that admits their flaws and fixes them.

The Ranger has only needed a complete front end rebuild, universal joints, and an alternator. Still have both of them. Regular maintenance, and moderate care, and I've no problems. Between quality issues and INSANELY outrageous prices, this is yet another example of why I say BUY OLD! You can buy a 70’s bronco, put in a new motor, new transmission, new tires and brakes and have a New truck. For a fraction of the price of a 2021-23. And not have any computer issues, chip problems, emissions problems or any of the other ‘improvement’ failures that new vehicles have.

Ford motor company has 3 problems. And these are some very significant problems. 1. 600, Ford dealerships, we're ninety days past due on their payments, in 2020. That would be the dealerships, not paying their bills. That's a huge problem. I looked here in my area, and out of 11, 10 of them we're on the list of potentially defaulting. And the one that wasn't, is over 100 miles away. Which means, if I take my Ford car, to a Ford dealership, right down the street from me. It's a high probability, that they're going to overcharge me, for service, because their owners, have a verifiable history of not paying their bills. And they pass that expense off onto me. To the form of $170 per labor hour. And you would think, that the technicians in the service department, would know what the hell they're doing. But you would be wrong. All they got in the one down the street from me, is a bunch of warm Bodies, sitting in chairs. Giving everybody the, we don't want to fix it price. Number two. The country of commiefornia. the only product that technocratic class of people has, is a diode resistor. And according to their state law, you must have x amount of diode resistors, in your orifices. Before you could even sell a car in that country. Which was a great proposal, when the government of commiefornia was in charge of the fifth largest economy in the world. But since the commies have taken over, and decided to put themselves in the middle of the automotive industry. An industry that none of them are qualified to regulate. They have managed to run that economy, straight into the ground. But, you have to have x amount of diode resistors, in your orifices. Before a single car can be sold in that country. One thing the technocrats never understood. Is that all you need under the hood, is spark fuel and compression. Everything else is bullshit. Number three. And probably the biggest problem Ford motor company has right now. Over engineering. They have great ideas. And big plans. Except, the engineers that they have on hand, have no idea how to implement them. In 2013, Ford motor company pulled my father out of retirement, so he could go down to their truck manufacturing facility. And show them how to get their seats to line up properly on the tracks, so the robots could weld them together. It turns out, the production manager at the F-150 plant, had no freaking clue what the hell he was doing. Because they hired somebody out of the University, with theoretical engineering education. And not somebody off the shop floor, who had practical engineering applications. He was told, he would be there for a couple of days. 7 weeks later...My father went down to their public library, pulled a book off the shelf. That was titled, 13 manufacturing problems, with 13 manufacturing solutions. And now you have an aluminum F-150. I don't know who the hell is running the show up there at Ford motor company. But I can tell you, with a significant level of confidence, that whoever it is, has got their head so far up their ass, they can't even smell their own shit! Rectal cranial inversion, is a real thing. And it is a serious problem at Ford motor company. They sold us, on a full-size, v8-powered, off-road vehicle. What we got was, a science experiment implementing the current trends in technology. Personally, I don't give two shakes and a squirt about the number 7 USB port. And I can thoroughly navigate the roads, without a backup camera or Lane assist. Now they're expecting me, and others like me, to take out a mortgage, on a vehicle. And pay it off in less time than it takes to pay off a house. So they can continue to implement their communist socialist agenda, and they're technocratic society. On us, at $65,000 a pop? You can kiss my shiny metal ass on that one. In short, Fu Ford. Fu straight in the a. I have to Mustangs, a Ford escape, an F100. And spent over twenty years, working on their products. Both professionally, and at home. No more. When these cars are dead. When I can no longer get even, cheap Chinese counterfeit parts, out of their dealership parts rooms. I'm going back to riding a freaking horse.

It seems that somebody is trying to destroy FORD...is almost unreal the amount of recalls within the last three years...

FORD is destroying itself, specifically Jim Farley. I've been a Ford customer for decades, but my 2020 Escape will be my last one. It's doing well as of now but I've had two recalls on it. I wouldn't own a Bronco if they gave one to me free!

My first car was a 2001 Ford Focus that was purchased new. That car was pretty much my favorite car in life. It lasted me all the way through 2011 when it was totaled in a crash. After that, got a 2012 Ford Escape. Another amazing car that, if it weren't for a hailstorm, I would've still had to this day. I don't know what happened to Ford between 2012 & 2015, but I bought a 2015 Ford Focus, thinking it would be like my last Focus. Like night and day. That 2015 Focus was crap. I went through 3 "PowerShift" transmissions in that car. The car loved to shudder & stall. There were battery & other electronic gremlins that would have my lights completely cut off while driving (even at night). I kept the car until it was almost the end of the warranty period and decided to try once more. In 2018, I got another Focus, but when the transmission still shuddered while driving at only 3 months of ownership, I traded it in for a Mazda3. My Mazda3 is still in my driveway and aside from regular maintenance, I'm approaching 85k miles and this car is still riding and running just as good as the day I bought it. Ford just stopped building quality vehicles and banked on brand loyalty to sustain them and, there's only so much brand loyalty people can have. Do I think the Bronco is a nice vehicle? Yes! I would LOVE to get one, but the experience of owning a modern Ford have made me not want to ever own another Ford vehicle again.

I was at Chapman Ford in Philly to buy a Mustang and my salesman was bragging about how he just sold a Bronco Raptor for $30k over sticker. Unbelievable!

I purchased an f150 and almost traded it in because of the door locks freezing and having to warn the vehicle up for 30 minutes to thaw the doors. I'll see if the recall fix remedies the issue next winter.

Speaking of the transmission in this video. I have a 21 explore. It started happening in the summer of 2022. When I put it in reverse. It stalls before going back normally⁉️ Because it's a lease, and I'm turning it in 2½ months from today. Other than the price gouging Ford is doing‼️ I made up my mind to go with a lesser vehicle 🚜 just to ease my mind, and calm my nerves 🙏

I was really interested in these when they first came out, but after seeing the botched rollout, dealer mark ups, and quality control, I’ve all but lost interest at this point. The alternative is a wrangler, but after seeing the abysmal quality of my brothers JL wrangler I am pretty much at the point where I think money is better spent restoring an older jeep with a proven drive train.

Been a Toyota guy my whole life and my 21’ bronco 4 cyl turbo was the first ford I’ve ever bought. 30k on it and I’ve had zero issues. It’s smoother, more refined, more powerful and more off road capable than my 4runner trd off-road. I’ve been through the Toyota floor mat issue, transmission issues, engine cracks, and the list goes on. Every manufacturer has its issues. Congrats on creating a channel based on bitterness and whining because you couldn’t find a Bronco.
