I’am trying to really learn and find my abs.now with your help dean! With this workout I can! I can wend longer. Well I can actually can this exercise twice in a row! Thank you 🙏 I’ve never seen my abs.

I do feel I’m eating healthy.i eat 3 eggs with avocado 🥑. Love my salmon and chicken.and burgers.I try to do low carb. And fasting.

I’ll try to do this every day for a month because my abs are non-existent at the moment. Will post updates 🥲 Day 1: the one legged bridges and the twists really killed me. Other than that, I’m very happy I completed this :)

Awesome, let us know how it goes. For best results, you'll want to make sure you're getting other forms of exercise and changing eating habits. Like they say, abs are made in the kitchen :)

So many men yoga practitioners look so trim and thin in the photos is there any chance I will ever look like that? I'm 53. 20 lbs overweight. Have had poor core strength and psoas and piriformis issues for at least 10 years. Lazy transversus abdominis muscles...if I don't hold my gut it and activate my obliques and rectus abdominis, my gut easily sags out. I can make myself look 4 months pregnant by simply pushing out a little extra. For the last year I've walked 4 to 10km a day depending on the weather, and biked 8 to 12 km in the summer about 3 or 4 times per week. And I did your 6 week course last summer and have done sporatic yoga practice 1 or 2x per week. I also fast intermittently (16-8). For the last 8 months I do a variety of Hiit and Tabata 20 to 40 minutes workouts 3days on, break, 2days on, break. I have gained muscle, and lost 10lbs (20 to go); 6ft tall, 191 lbs now. My dad had a skinny body, but always a big gut and he didn't drink alcohol at all, ever; mind you, he didn't exercise once after his 30s other than walking. I'm wondering if I have genetics to accept, or whether I can ever have strong, flat, abdominal muscles...don't need a 6 pack.

Great question. This is something we address a lot here and in our Member's Area. As you age it definitely gets more challenging to stay in shape but it's not impossible. Diet is just as important as exercise and like they say, abs are built in the kitchen :) Consistency is key, so stick with a program. You might consider journaling to help you stay on top of your routine. These changes don't happen over night, so you have to be in it for the long haul.
