Wondering how to fix rhomboid muscle pain? These are the best exercises and stretches to help you out! Your rhomboid muscles help connect the shoulder blades to the ribcage and spine, and they can be a HUGE source of pain and tension. Tight rhomboid muscles can also lead to upper back pain, shoulder pain, or arm pain. In this short yoga class, we will activate, stretch, and strengthen all the right muscle groups to help you relieve pain in the entire upper back and rhomboid area. I've done many upper back stretch/yoga videos but this has to be the best I've found. This was my first time doing this video and each stretch attacked my problem area. I'll definitely try my best to return daily but I have high hopes that this will help me

This relieved pain for me today, like something was pinched on one side of my spinal cord, a burning, and it stretched and strengthened an area that will likely have less future pain if I get it, and keep it, strong. This video is a god send. I look forward to doing these a lot more. They feel good and are interesting. I'm a flow artist whose arms are in the air while holding something kinda heavy for long periods of time, and even moving in that extended range of motion, so everything I can do to strengthen this specific area helps me move better and be stronger as well as makes me healthier. I am grateful for this and for you. Thank you. You are a healing blessing.

Finding your videos has been life changing. I love how I feel after. 10 min a day to curb my reoccurring pain that I’ve had for years. I feel more relaxed. I thought I had to go to the chiropractor weekly manage my pain but your yoga videos are making a big difference. Thank you so much!

Hi Joelle! Do you have a routine for stretching and strengthening a winged scapula, or a suggestion on what to combine this with? I’ve tried the rhomboid one and it helps the middle of my back but not the serratus anteriro or the pecs. Thanks for everything you do!

Hi Joelle, I often have pains in the front part of my shoulder (rotator cuff) due to a lot of lifting. Are there any specific practice for it? I’ve done this video and it feels nice too. Thank you 🙏

Glad you enjoyed this one Dian! I don't have a practice that's specific to the rotator cuff, but you might want to try some chest openers to bring more space into the front of the shoulder as well. Is it healthy to do this a few times a day? I have a rhomboid strain and this is massively helping however I don’t want to overdo it :)

Good question! It'll obviously depend on your body and how you feel, and I'm glad to hear it's helping a lot! I'd probably suggest once in the morning and once in the evening as a maximum, just so you're not overtaxing yourself, and you may like to vary it with some other classes in my upper body playlist, too: kzfaq.info/sun/PL9wzuXltV2000B1xmeO3rkE0RGuHw0nPm
