Love this Joelle, but did struggle so much on the one in all fours when the knee goes forward and other leg stretched out behind… knee hurt and couldn’t lower, felt painful and tight in the knee and surrounding everywhere! 😢 My knees stop me from doing so much on your videos. Any advice welcome! Thank you! ❤

Ah, knees can be stubborn! First of all, please don't feel bad if a certain move or stretch doesn't feel right for you - it's an absolute win to recognize that and back off! Feel free to take any other stretch that feels good instead, or to give yourself a breather and meet us in the next one. I have a couple of knee videos that may be helpful in case you haven't tried them, where generally we look to strengthen and release surrounding muscle groups in order to help the knee feel less vulnerable. If you search "Yoga with Joelle knee" on KZfaq you'll find them all, and I would probably suggest giving this one a try first to see how it feels: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/q9J_qrOInsiac6c.html There are some other good ones for building strong knees and stretching out the relevant areas, too 😉 I hope that helps!! You're doing great!
