Ma'am, my knees have this tendency of hyperextension when I'm just standing for a while. It usually just happens without even me realising. Doesn't really affect me much when practicing yoga asanas or walking or moving though. It's only when I'm standing at one place for a while. And this has been a thing since childhood. And doesn't cause me any pain either. Do you even think it's of any cause of concern in my case?
