Absolutely wonderful 👍 I have been following western "yoga" for a while, that is just like having a stretch. Since I discovered your teaching, I started feeling the real benefits of yoga. This practice is the one helping me the most right now. I do it daily, as well as your grief meditation. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I've lost my dad, my only family and I am really struggling right now. Blessings to you guruji ❤
