I believe my nervous system is disregulated and my body has been in “survival mode” for too long. Even when the “threat” is over- my brain still makes me overwhelmed with anxiety. It’s exhausting. I’ve been researching ways to help. Vagus nerve exercises, glutamate levels, meditation, etc.

the YOU ARE , affirmation are much more real then when listening to the I AM . this is because when we are affected by others, be it abused or praised , you dont get a person telling himself or herself, I am useless, or I am useful, but rather through programming of the 'YOU ARE' most hypnotists still make that mistake praising themselves by the I AM, instead of telling the client ' YOU ARE' ... I appreciate you doing the videos in the ' YOU ARE ... programming.

What a beautiful timing 😍❤. I have been listening to many affirmations and wondering how do I know if these things work and why so many people hear these things 🤔 I have done my research on what are the effects of words and sounds and what vibration really is and day by day I am discovering that this is real.After a while of imagining that my body's allergies would be cured, I swear I was cured in two days and only had a very strange feeling .

I never realised how much I needed to hear these things from someone else, I have a deep belief in my own ability and dreams but feel like the world and most people are against growth and project negativity at me because of mine, would be nice to feel more support in my daily life
