Salmon bowl in a rice cooker 🍣 Depending on the brand or kind of rice you use, the amount of cooking water may differ. I used medium grain rice and below are the quantities used. Ingredients 12oz salmon 1 3/4c water 1 1/2c medium grain rice Sriracha Mayo Toasted Sesame Seeds Kimchi Avocado Nori 1. Clean rice and soak for 25mins. 2. Season salmon to your preference, I just used a bit of shao xing wine, black pepper, and salt 3. Drain rice and add to rice cooker. Add water and salmon fillets. Let cook 4. Add sriracha, mayo, and toasted sesame seeds. Mix!! 5. Serve with kimchi, avocado, and seaweed

Does your rice cook for 20minutes? And does that mean you can cook the salmon for that long too?

I believe she lets the rice rest in water for 20 minutes after washing. Then she cooks it.
