Since you got Incense Burner, here’s a neat thing about Blasphemy: it doesn’t kill you outright; it hits you for 999 damage, so you can use it for almost no downside if you have some kind of intangibility

He got Master Reality FROM Dead Branch and it instantly exploded in my head. Imagine this combo. Now, imagine if you got Corruption from Prismatic Shard.

NL, dead branch and master reality (as well as foreign influence..) is an S tier synergy! If it shows up you should totally try it out

Don't sleep on Pandora's Box! It's quite possibly one of the best relics in the game.

I love how the madman has taken Foreign Influence, a card many see as bad, and just rode with it as one of his staple picks. Results haven't been too bad with praise RNGesus

Good morning NL, I'm all caught up again and was waiting for this ^_^

I'm loving the StS content. The gods of gaming know I do. I just cannot understand why this man sleeps so hard on Rushdown when he's constantly going into and out of wrath! It facilitates SO MUCH DRAW and yet he just ignores it every time! Am I the crazy one? I've seen a few other folks out there mention it, but like, when I play the game and I see rushdown I'm like OOH! Sold! I love a good stance-change deck with the watcher, and Rushdown just makes it so easy to play stance changers like indignation and the one for calm that facilitates draw as well. But when NL doesn't even give it a second of consideration, and keeps getting consistent wins, I'm like: do I overrate this card?

Just a heads up for using distilled chaos: I've lost runs to accidentally getting a meditate or conclude as a first card, so would recommend doing a wee little scry before popping it because it can defo get you killed Pog content Egg, I'm able to keep up with your runs so far but I fear being out laddered by the poggiest of series

4 devotion per turn is almost as silly as my run last night where I had 6 per turn paired with 3 vaults and 20+ energy per turn AND when my hand is empty I draw a new card.

You figured it out, but you should just stay in wrath the whole time during the transient fight. The way the multipliers work you get twice as much damage reduction as the cards say. Your Through Violence for 60 reduced the incoming damage by 120.
