Very true,you don't have to obtain waist length hair to give hair advice after all you are sharing advice that's working for you and it's called healthy hair journey for a reason, what about men or ladies on low cut that talks about hair,the most important thing is knowledge which anybody can have weather short or long haired personality...that's how they said Beyonce must showoff her hair before they can buy her products

The challenge involves a consistent moisture and massage routine and low manipulation. Monthly washes and retwisting in-between. These two videos explain the challenge.
