Oh my OA I know a lot of these People are blaming Hannah, John Paul and Nancy and mostly John Paul but the main Person who should be blamed for all of this is Declan he’s the one who got Carter into this in the first place when he was a Teenager. I’m not excusing what he did to Hannah, John Paul, Lucas, Maxine and even Ro it was indeed all wrong and disrespectful of what he did and yes kidnapping a 16 Year old is even worse but he was still a victim of this from when he was a Teenager now that he’s been arrested and put behind bars I’m sure there’s a possibility he can get help and if Declan even tries to get him reconnected I hope he’ll turn him down.
