If anyone is feeling at a loss of hope. I want you to know that remaining consistent and practicing what Robert bray says will lead to recovery. I am so blessed to say I am fully recovered from real event ocd. No more chronic anxiety!

Laughed on the part you speaking of life stuff piling up. As I literally had a knee injury and right at that time started losing a girlfriend, could barely walk and also had some additional ocd triggers on top of that. Def reassurance won't work. Still on a path to a robust recovery. Its extremely powerful to know you will be ok even if stuff happens. That's the freedom.

It’s not a bad idea but most people haven’t been diagnosed as it’s usually very easy to work out if it you have it or not.
