Quick update on my situation. Its not a get back together story but its not a negative story either and ultimately I am pleased and happy for ME. - I ran into my ex yesterday (she broke it off with me and I was the one wanting to still fight). She left anyway, it’s been 6 weeks no contact but the initial break up was 1/26/23 :(. - I took it as a sign that I was seeing her and I never planned to reach out because I was respecting her decision to leave and giving her space although I didn’t want it. - I was always nervous to see her again and never knew how I would act but I’ve been doing the work, praying, manifesting, practicing affirmations, working on my mindset, hitting the gym and elevating myself through God! Ultimately, putting the energy all back into me instead of her and learning self love. - And when I tell you, I was not going to reach out to her until she reached out to me because I needed/wanted to know that she desires me or wanted to reach out to me on her own terms and not because I did (aka no contact). Nonetheless, in this case I believe she was placed there, at that very moment in time for a reason, I wasn't going to overstep but I also wasn't going to ignore the fact that she's right in front of me so I walked up to her. I was shocked at how much strength I had to genuinely still tell her that I loved her, I missed her but I’m happy that she is doing her for her and that I’m still her biggest fan and that I forgive her (I have tears in my eyes typing this because its so hard and I love her so much). - She broke down crying, she didn’t say much back (and I'm okay with that, we both were caught off guard) but I can tell that she is still emotional and my value, my presence and impact was strong enough to bring her to tears. And when she cried It was a friendly reminder to myself of how VALUABLE I was to her. I LOVE HARD, she gave up too early IMO but that's okay because I'm leveling up and God got me. - She has not contacted me or anything still and I'm "kind of" okay with it (still working on not expecting the 3D to happen right way ;) but I want to tell you that I’m so proud of myself and thank God because I showed so much strength (strength that I didn't even know I had but I've been working so hard to be a better me during this break up and no contact) and pure LOVE because that was my baby girl and I was still able to walk away with my head held high and I think she noticed my strength too. I miss her but I’m proud of me. - Idk what God and the universe has in store for me. He knows my “desires” and I believe he’s prepping me to realign with her or someone better. I pray that it’s her but only if it’s in Gods will. It was a sign, I’m not sure what the sign was for or about but I'm not going to question it, I'm just going to let things work out the way they are supposed to. I’m just so grateful and I’m walking in faith not by sight. _ I'm not sure if this happened from manifesting, prayer, working on ME for ME or a combination but the fact that I got to see her was a positive sign in my opinion. Not your ideal story when it comes to no contact, I personally don't think this will prolong things either and I still have hope for us so we shall see what happens. I just felt that I NEEDED to share this with you because your content brings so much value and I'm thankful for you. All in all. I just want to tell people to DO THE WORK REGARDLESS because there IS a chance that they may not come back and if they do, you will have made he necessary changes or if they don't you'll be a better person for you and maybe someone else. I'm just excited and wanted to share, so cheers to see what happens next.

I have been changing and I got a makeover. He says that he doesn't want another woman. He's had bad relationships in his past. I'm nothing like his ex's. I'm faithful and blessed by God. We are both very spiritual people. How much do you charge, because I didn't see anything like Visa and MasterCard. I'm on social security and on a fixed income.

You are so spot on. Hot and cold. But I can feel the LOVE in his heart and then when he leaves our home he does a 180 . He has spies on Facebook. He just told me. But he still pays the rental space and the homeowners insurance policy. What the hell.

I was w my long distance relationship ex boyfriend for 3 months. 4 weeks after now and I still love him very much and I want to get back together. But he’s making me very confused, in a way that idk if he loves me or doesn’t we still are in contact but we don’t text much like it’s me who texts him he only responds to my messages. He answers short and dry but also hot and cold i guess. I just want to know if he loves me or not even tho because of the distance it’s not easy at all.

If you are the one initiating texting and your getting short and dry replies. You are NOT in communication. He is just being polite to you by not ignoring you. Take it from a person who has both been the one wanting to reconcile and the one that doesn't. When I don't I will reply to messages but dry and short. If I want them I always initiate contact or reply with good content carrying on a conversation

I know I'm going to get judgement for this but i was with a married woman who dumped me for her husband the other month and then blocked my main insta but has left an avenue for contact via one of my side accounts. It was hard but I've been doing NC not to get her back but to get over her. In fact i hardly even go on it because I dont want to see anything about her on there but I've not blocked her because i dont want to look petty mainly. But i swear shes testing me or offering breadcrumbs. Shes liked a post and a story on my other side account that I use to promote my gym progress despite the fact she doesn't follow it, at 11pm on a Saturday!?! I'm not going to do anything about it as i dont want to give her that satisfaction but it did confuse the hell out of me..... And please dont comment saying i need to walk away because i literally have. I gave her the breakup and dont interact with her at all, and I'm not blocking her because i know she'll somehow reach out on one of her side accounts asking why I've blocked her and i don't want that interaction. I just dont understand why she would choose her husband and still stalk my account and drop a like here and there despite not following it. Just seems weird to me

She knows it will get a reaction out of you sending a simple like but it doesn’t really mean anything special if she loved or truly cared about you she wouldn’t have you being a side thing. You have to understand that she was never really with you because she’s not in a committed relationship if she’s still married to someone so you have to stop looking at it like she left you for her husband when she never left him she just was cheating on her spouse. You say you don’t want to block her but it would help you out a little bit because she wouldn’t have access to you and that kinda helps you not see her and worry bout why she’s on your page. It starts a trigger it’s not being petty it just helps with the healing journey i know it sucks but you got to be stronger than this and change your mindset. Some people just are curious if you move on that’s why they still stalk or watch your page it doesn’t necessarily mean they love or want to make things right. It’s a lot more people out there than you think that are not married that may think you are awesome but if you keep worrying about this chick it’s not going to help you move forward only going to hold you back from meeting a special woman who may be something you thought you could never have! You are worthy of having a good person it sucks letting go of people we THOUGHT were good for us but don’t let fear stop you from having true love. This woman did not love you, or her self, or her husband. Love does not hurt. Going no contact is to help you move on from the picture you painted in your mind over time reality starts to come very apparent after time has passed but if you keep leaving room for her to check in and out you aren’t doing yourself a favor and doing “no contact” will not be genuine if you haven’t cut her all the way off. Don’t be scared block her on everything and try to accept that she just wasn’t the right person for you and focus on your future not so much your past with her. Don’t worry or think too much about what she’s doing you got to focus on your and what you can control I know it’s tough to hear because your heart wants her because you miss your memories and good times together but think rationally this woman belongs to another man even though she is cheating on him she is still involved with him listen to your brain i know it is trying to think smart and tell you to move on i know you can’t imagine moving on from her but you got to just change the way you are thinking and tell yourself you can get better and you will and that you guys did have a chapter with eachother but it is now time that it ends and to start a new chapter that includes you letting go and doing better. Don’t look at people giving you advice as judging that can hold you back also try to take yourself out the situation and imagine a person you really care about . Would you advise them to keep worrying about a person who is married and who obviously hasn’t made no effort to leave their spouse and keeps playing mental and emotional games ? Or would you advise them to block and walk away ? Really ask yourself that. I’m praying you will be strong and wish you much success in your romantic journey. You got this.

It made her feel good to feel wanted. She went with you out of purely selfish reasons, "to stroke her ego". You did the right thing by moving on.

All I can think is, that poor husband 😢 you were her bit on the side while going through a bad patch in her marriage. She didn't cheat on you. She cheated with you. I wonder are there kids in this marriage that you hope to break up? Love isn't selfish.
