At those temperatures, I lose my fear of bacteria. Silly of me, but for ten thousand years we've been cooking the food to make it healthy. As for the plastic, I hope it was polyethylene.

@3:23mins i use that mini cabinet for my IN/OUT tray in my office, but he used that to put food 😂😂😂

@RAYRAY307, I am not sure if you are familiar with Asian cooking. The cooked food is used up during the day/night it is cooked. There is insufficient time for it go bad. Moreover, with the recooking with the fierce heat, no bateria, etc. will survive.

It seems that too much oil is poured into the wok to keep things from sticking together, but most of the oil vaporizes (or probably just gets pulverized and carried out by vaporizing water from the ingredients?) and burns away in the quick stir-fry process, creating splendid flambe visual effects as a byproduct. So the finished dishes are not that greasy at all.

What temperature is all that precooked food being held? Definitely in the danger zone of 40-140 F
