That lav mic is really picking up the breathing, lol. One thing you might try is buying two shotgun mics with wind shields / blimps and c-stands. Then just set those up. One facing the bar area from the front, pointed down to standing face area. The other next to the chair, pointed down to face area. Then just do a level check before you start and do the majority of talking in those two areas. Should sound good.

1000% agree!! Even when Jeff Cavalier was saying he is around 6%-6.5% I was thinking BS!! Bodybuilders cut for months to try and get that low. It’s like the click bait articles where they say an actor put on 30 or 40 pounds of muscle. You mean they gained 30 or 40 pounds, not all of it being muscle.

@@slingshotmcoy well if you're a man and you follow a good program, you eat, sleep, and train properly and patiently, a double-bodyweight squat is not unachievable within 2 years. In regards to the body fat debate. I've personally been an extremely lean college athlete in the 6-8% range, I've been a fluffy 230 lbs bloatlord in the 20-21% range. You need to find what your floor and ceiling are for effective performance. That's gonna depend on genetics and what you're training for. Mine personally is 10-18%, but I know people predisposed to being leaner that would likely drop those ranges by 2%, and some people who are pridisposed to holding body fat that would increase them by 2%. I think any sort of universal "standard" is really unrealistic and too nebulous to worry about.

Wow. Testu No Ai. You are so right at 7:15 when you say, "You know how freaky you would look if you 5'5" 180lbs, and 6% BF." One of the silly things that Jeff says in his video is that 7% body fat should only be described as 7% body fat and people shouldn't use other adjectives. Well, the thing is Jeff's sub 10% looks a lot less impressive than guys who've eaten a little and put on more muscle mass on their frame because not all 7% is the same.

That kind of laughing about "the other guys" 400+ Squat, pisses me off a little bit. That's just elitism and can be very discouraging for people how are not that strong yet (or never will be). Dude weights around 165 and also has a 550 deadlift. I don't think you get there without knowing anything about strength training and "just having a good time" in the gym. Also, no one said that this is an "ideal, good" strength. He only tried to make the point, that a formerly very skinny guy can get pretty strong without bulking and cutting.
