I haven't seen Lisa Frankenstein, but I think Robin would absolutely be proud of Zelda for directing a mainstream film. The Williams family is full of surprises.

Its not very mainstream. In fact, it's pretty niche. Looks old, feels old, very morbid, and unafraid to mash genres together. Quite nice but not your average movie

Thank you Chris!! This was phenomenal! I have not yet seen “Lisa Frankenstein”, I will! I am so over the moon and inspired by Zelda Williams. She is definitely a chip off ye olde GOAT, Robin Williams‼️ She is so intelligent, insightful, prescient, has a deep, Robinesque wisdom to her, and tremendously self-aware‼️ When my Blu-Rey player died during my remodel, just before the Pandemic, I gave away hundreds of DVDs and Blu-Reys, for complex reasons. I frustrated as a newly disabled, recently deceased a couple, three times, with surgical complications that left me in my state, the state of the Film Industry, RIDONKULOUS prices of new releases, blah, blah, blah. Having heard Zelda Williams take, and my own realization that the way back days of Streaming Services having Films available perpetually are long gone, I am going to purchase a new Solid Media Player, and begin reacquiring Solid Media titles. Great episode‼️‼️ Algorithm engagement!!🫶🏻 Much L🫶🏻VE to Y🫵🏼U, Zelda Williams, the Lady Sam, and the Twin Toddler Stuckmanns‼️🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼🎥📽️🎞️

Wow, Zelda seems so incredible. Not that it comes as too much of a shock. So happy to see her on Chris's channel after all these years. I started watching Chris because of his love for Robin Williams around the time of his passing, so this interview almost feels like a payoff? I'm sure it must feel as much for Chris anyway. Been interested by Lisa Frankenstein for a minute now, but after this I'm even more hype! Also, Zelda's next movie sounds fucking awesome. Definitely looking out for that one. Great episode!

@@coolnerdlll6053look, I love Chris, but sometimes constructive criticism is necessary. He’s going to lose his artistic integrity as a reviewer and alienate his OG fans, all to never be taken seriously or accepted into the industry. Considering he was denied by Sundance and SXSW, what hope is there for the future of Shelby Oaks?

I just watched a couple videos of people shitting on Stuckman for apparently no reason other than clicks I guess. I just wanted to leave a note of encouragement and say that I appreciate Chris Stuckman for what he does, and I respect his perspective on not trashing film makers, even when the films are bad and probably deserve it. I always appreciate Stuckman‘s perspective on films, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with taking a more gentile tone, considering his new perspective. And I don’t think it’s fair to shit on someone because they decide to take a different tact. Hope everything goes well and I really appreciate the work that guys like Stuckman do.

Sorry dude but to be frank I gotta unsubscribe. You used to make really good informative videos reviewing both new movies and classic ones, with an honest and objective look at how a particular film was made. That’s why we subscribed. We are movie lovers that wanted to hear an educated take on our favorite / new movies. But you’ve completely changed dude. Instead of a healthy consistent upload schedule with quality and consistency now we’re just spammed videos on any movie no matter how bad it is and all you do is praise it. And I know why, you don’t want to talk bad about anything because you’re trying to get investors and connections in the industry because of your movie, and you also don’t want to be critical of things when you’re about to release something. I get it, but when you blatantly lie about new films quality, when I see countless videos on your movies that, I’m sorry, but no one cares about and won’t care about until we see trailers and the actual film. It’s annoying dude. And this isn’t promotion, this is straight up toxic spam on your own audience. It’s really weird man. It’s like this whole channel was used to build people to promote a movie to. And it’s a low budget creepy pasta movie dude. You’re acting like it’s the Irishman releasing. Cmon man. I’m a very tolerant dude and always wanna help people who are following their passion, but you’re taking advantage of us and that’s not cool dude. Peace.

Sadly Lisa Frankenstein is one of the worst edited films Ive seen in decades, there are extras in the back that teleport back and forth in a certain sequence!!!
