The trash part is that in an episode that is supposed to be cannon, they choose to spoil a power that was supposed to have an even bigger reveal instead of an acknowledgment by Kaido, half of this episode was trash and the audacity of Toei to change the significance just shows how little they respect One Piece, not only that even for the Zoro fans, it’s disrespectful to them. Then Crunchyroll had the audacity of marking as spoiler to the people who were pointing out that it looked like conquerors Haki.

I still refuse to believe this is the first time he used it. In my head he used it back on sabaody archipelago when he was trying to find grove 1. He flashed an intimidating look at some thugs and they all staggered back in unison. It might have been weak, but I still believe that was his first true showing of conquerors.

After the time skip at Fishman Island he claimed that luffy would have had to step down as captain if he wasn't as powerful as he was when he knocked out half of hody Jones army with haki. Insinuating that he had conquerors haki and if luffy's wasn't as strong that he'd have to step down.
