ZUCCHINE CAKE, RICOTTA AND BACON Easy savory pie WITH FEW INGREDIENTS
A zucchini recipe that can be prepared in a few minutes and everyone really likes.
To make 6 portions of this zucchini pie you will need:
2 medium zucchini
250 gr of ricotta
20 + 10 gr of Parmesan cheese
50 gr bacon
1 onion 1 egg
oil salt pepper
rectangular puff pastry
Cut the courgettes and onion into half slices, add the diced bacon, a little oil and fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Add 1 egg, ricotta and 20 g of Parmesan, salt, pepper, and mix well. Now the filling for the zucchini pie is ready.
We put some puff pastry on a baking tray and cut off the excess.
now pour the zucchini and bacon filling and distribute well.
Make it nice and smooth with a spatula. Embellish with some decoration made from the scraps of puff pastry. Sprinkle with 10 gr of Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve the zucchini and ricotta cake warm.
