Depends on what you’re obsessing over. If you’re obsessing over germs and you live in a hazmat suit bubble, that’s obsessive, if you’re obsessed with things deemed positive, that’s dedication. But like the paddy Oscar Wilde said, everything in moderation, including moderation

That’s good and all, helps you to go to failure. But as a natty, you want to be more calculating. It helps to have a progressive overload scheme for me so that I can manage cumulative fatigue.
@BrunoOliveira-xn7yr
@BrunoOliveira-xn7yr 2 жыл бұрын
@@bonkersdonkers7381 that is VERY important! Our recovery as nattys is limited and we need to act accordingly. Every now and then go to failure is fine, but everyday you'll have a hard time even with your job due the fatigue. I like to go to failure in bad days. You know that kind of day you don't want to train or do anything and in the gym you start feeling energized? In these days I even hit some PRs (my current DL PR was in a shitty af day and made it better). So pushing to the failure is a motivational recourse for me. And that came from that Zyzz quote, actually.

@@BrunoOliveira-xn7yrit depends you can go to failure the last 2 sets and be good. Your muscles can recover much quicker than your cns does at least in my experience. I used to train 3 sets to failure 7 exercises and my muscles would always be ready to go after a few days but I could tell I was fatigued cuz even though my muscles were fine my body didnt let me rep it out.

Zyzz's advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of his for these types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from Nextlevel diet, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last two months. All the haters in the back would hear it down the line and take it as they can go fuck themselves because they are not shredded. WOW is a terrible game. There's no end. It's a black hole that sucks you in and the combat sucks. Play a real game like a Soulsbourne or a classic RPG where you play for 2 hours a day or week, not have to constantly grind to keep up with everyone, and can actually finish the game.

We’re all gonna make it brahs! No but seriously, Zyzz getting a lot of attention from last year to this year is amazing. Regardless if you want to say he did steroids, he was trying to inspire guys just to work on themselves in the gym and to just be yourself. Glad he’s getting the attention and the love he deserves. -was a skinny dweeb and took a shortcut that killed him and tries to spin that as "inspiration" -told people "we're all gonna make it" while bullying dyels (people who didn't take steroids) with his "aesthetic's crew." -was an "anti-simp" while his entire measure self-worth was pulling festival thots -was really small and weak for a PED user. He could even pull 4pl8 despite preaching that the deadlift is what sets him apart from casuals. Watch this to learn the actual Zyzz these accounts don't tell you (Because they want to sell you something): kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oZ5ghZCT1dzHgp8.html

Great video as always! I started high school (in australia) when Zyzz was very popular and all the guys in my classes would always be talking about him and saying his catchphrases, this bought back memories! It’s so good to see his legacy lives on and he still inspires so many people. I didn’t know that much about him though so this was cool to learn a bit more about his story. Also, I am vegetarian now, but back in high school we had a culture day and I tried kangaroo, crocodile and emu!! You definitely should try to have some of these meats in your videos it would be a lot of fun!
