Does verteporfin only work in the donor area or does it also remove hair loss in the front area?

@TheHairChemist is a guide of Américan Hair Lost association, he were HT with VT 50 mg... He said no efective result after 5 months, scars its the same, no new follicules... Whats new about it? VT has a new patent in hair regrowth and scarless... Really is it efective or not? Almost inthe scar...

Great result, but if I were the patient I would've definitely opted to just get a tiny bit of temple work done. The temple points angling backwards, and making a very acute angle with the frontal hairline don't match 100% with how low the hairline is

Great News! There is improvement for sure! At least of 50%! Getting 50% back from donor area it was impossible before Verteporfin!

It seems that the Verteporfin totally works at blocking the YAP protein, it just needs to be improved in YAP communication and Verteporfin activation. With the right topical system it could probably do even better. Hope we see this improve and developed, other yap inhibitors as well. This is such a under appreciated discovery. Appreciate your video and work!

I saw this patent in Canadá, CA3144185A1, about yap inhibición and scars, in this patent talks about all of this, from inhibit scarring to potential folicular regeneración, about kits with a medicine like Verteporfine and something like microroller and in the subdermal administration of vtp into the skin, scar, suture, wound... My question is, if there is a patent of this method means that verteporfin works efective blocking scars, regenerating skin almost, and maybe cause folicular hair regeneración? Or why theres a patent if this not works?

It would be interesting to see what concentration the improvements drop off at. It is possible that 1.6 or even 2 could produce a lot better results

I believe the crucial point is to ensure the substance thoroughly covers the area. Why not use a multi-needle gun with closely spaced needles to inject the Verteporfin, rather than relying on a single needle and hoping the substance will disperse adequately and evenly with just a few injections here and there?

Your hairline is botched. I can see the previous NW4 stage right through it. How can I trust a transplant doctor when their own transplant looks so amateurish? I'd rather just go to Turkey.

There's no doubt the method works I'm sure further out in the healing process you'd see better results. Vertiporfin would work even better with fue and a higher dosage, God willing it's safe to say we have a means of endless dht resistant grafts assuming the hair can endlessly be extracted.

Why the remark about implantar pens at 5:45? I'd like to hear more on this. In Europe, specifically Spain-where the most consistently impressive results in the world come from-implatar pens are almost exclusively utilized. From what I've seen, implantars seem to be more gentle on the grafts (compared to traditional handling by forceps) and make the insertion process more seemless. Only in the U.S. do transplant surgeons seem to be so averse to them.

I think the hairline is too straight and needs more of a zig zag approach. I think the doctor should had rejected the patients need to lower a hairline. There are times when a doctor should say no. I will not lower the hairline because in 10 years it will not look right.

Very clear from both Drs experiments that higher doses produce much better results. We now have a pretty good baseline of the minimum dose required to see any benefit. Need to figure out what the maximum dose is to see any measurable benefit. Big question is whether wounding alone with verteporfin can rejuvenate hair growth. A protocol of wounding + verteporfin application + GT20029 may be the future of hair loss treatment.

Only a few random hairs that regrow, nothing that can regain hair across an entire bald scalp.

I think 1 mg/cm^2 concentration would create much more difference and would give better results.

This looks great! Thanks so much for your work on this. I do have one question. Are you only doing one dose of the verteporfin at the time of surgery? If so, would there potentially be benefit in repeated doses in the days following surgery?

Yes, but dose dependent. The question is whether you need to transplant hair or can just wound the area of hair loss and treat with verteporfin.
