I do most of the drills you do. I also practice pushing bags in the hole and roll shots. I also hit 10 air mails at the end of my sessions.

I love mine! I play 5 months on the Oregon Coast and 7 months in Arizona. Very little difference between the two climates with Ronins. I am going to add Ultra Butter Flies to my collection this year, but I think I will be keeping the Ronins in rotation.

That confirms what my intial thoughts were, having a carpet bag that doesn't flucuate with those conditions is huge

Bought a set of these last week and absolutely fell in love with them. Was throwing pro snipers and wanted something similar with a little more board control. With the right play style these bags are killer

ACO is awesome but the biggest issue they need to fix is no divisions. They gotta have divisions. I'm like a 7.5 ppr player. I'm not going to an ACO event with no divisions to go 0-2, maybe 1-2 and go home.
@cornholenoob20 күн бұрын
They have tiers for lower ppr players set after pool play, at majors anyway

I dig it. I always say if it works for you, stick with it. No need unless someone's pitching in, to spend 4x the amount for a Z. Granted, will the Z last longer and is it made better...of course, but just starting and getting you there, this backpack will more than do the job well!

ACO came to the UK in march and put in a great event for the first ACO Europe ever, everyone was so friendly and helpful , I'm new to the game and feel I learned more in that weekend than I had in the first 6 months of playing, my 10 year old son also won the juniors to be the first international major winner in the ACO, can't wait for them to return next year

You can also check out Wim Hof and learn how breath work can help heal your inflammation. He has a guided breathing video to help you get started. Going into the cold via cold showers or ice baths will help tremendously as well. Good luck and keep healing up!

I have a torn rotator cuff from my days playing disc golf for 20 years. When I play cornhole too much I get sore. Limits how much I can practice. Eventually I get elbow pain too. I found that resting until it gets better then start training my grip strength with grippers helps too. I work in the office too and grip strength training helps keep carpal tunnel at bay too.

@cornholenoob make sure to also get the extensor bands too. You need to do both squeeze exercises and finger extension exercises. When I started I could only squeeze like 90lbs, now I can squeeze 140lbs.
@joshwells4560Ай бұрын
been dealing with shoulder pain for the last 6 months, seems like throwing too much combined with trying to learn the roll bag, the elbow rotation just killed my shoulder. I thought it was bicep tendonitis but not sure it might be more of a rotator injury. Resting is hard when you love playing so much!

Hope it heals up soon sir

Why have a foul line at all if you are gonna allow a grey area around the line? Just a simple rule, can’t cross the line at any pint until the round is over.

If you just step to give yourself more momentum, start your throw farther back than right at the front of the board. If you want to throw from the front of the board, learn not to step when you throw.
